Jason founded UES Education with the belief that there was a real need in London for quality, expert tuition aimed at those with the highest ambitions and provided by the very best tutors.
He gained a First Class Master’s degree with Honours from The University of Nottingham, and went on to earn a PhD in Applied Mathematics. He has since worked in research, business and the public sector as a highly qualified scientist, whilst at the same time maintaining a passion for writing. Throughout this time, he tutored privately to children studying for a range of exams including GCSE, IB, A-Level and university modules. It was the school and university entrance exams that interested him the most, however, and he enjoyed getting students through that tough time, seeing them fulfil their ambitions of attending the universities of their choice.
It was therefore a natural decision for Jason to turn to this kind of tutoring as a career; UES Education is the embodiment of his vision that there should be a go-to place where students and families who have the very highest expectations can find the best tutors. He runs UES Education and still works as a private tutor, ensuring that every tutor meets the high standards expected of our ambitious clients, and that his passion for success filters down into everything UES Education does.
Aside from tutoring, Jason is also a keen sportsman and traveller. He has competed in sports to international level, and has visited much of the known world.
