UES takes Data Protection seriously
On 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect in the EU and UK. UES fully supports this legislation and has implemented a number of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
With regards our relationship with schools, we endeavour to protect students' and families' Personal Data. As such, we have produced the following documents for schools to reassure them that we are fully committed to ensuring our legal and moral obligations are met:
Furthermore, UES can confirm that all staff, tutors, consultants and contractors have been fully trained in GDPR and understand their responsibilities regarding the protection of Personal Data belonging to students, families and schools.
